Who is ECC?
ECC is proud of our sponsorship by the International Alliance of Business Professionals. Our unique partnership allows us to cater our programs to a specific market of students – members for the non-profit professional organization, the IABP.
ECC has put together a strong team of professionals and academics to ensure our programs meet the needs of the IABP members. The faculty and leaders of ECC have decades of experience with program development, hosting seminars, and organizational networking.
Management skills may be described as a set of traits or talents that an executive must possess to carry out certain responsibilities within a business. They include the ability to undertake executive responsibilities inside an organization while avoiding crisis circumstances and resolving problems as soon as they arise. Through study and actual experience as a manager, one can acquire management abilities. The manager’s ability to relate to their coworkers and effectively manage their subordinates facilitates the smooth operation of the organization’s activities. At ECC we recognize what employers are looking for in leaders. ECC offers an MBA and DBA programs with concentrations such as finance, management, marketing, and healthcare administration.
Aside from management, people skills are also important. People Skills increase the value of a company. These are the sets of concepts that allow a person to communicate successfully with others and reduce the likelihood of misunderstanding. It aids in addressing workplace challenges and disagreements. Because of this, ECC also understands the importance of psychology as an option for those who want to have a better grasp of the people side of management.
ECC offers a Master’s in Psychology and Industrial-Organizational Psychology as an emphasis in our MBA programs.
