Permissions, Accreditations, and Memberships
In accordance with section 94874 (b) of the California Education Code (CEC), Edgewood College of California has satisfied the requirements for exemption from Act regulation (1). The International Alliance of Business Professionals (IABP), U.S., a non-profit professional organization, sponsors ECC. Every student is a member of IABP. Before enrolling in ECC’s programs, prospective students must become members of the IABP.
To help IABP member confidence in our programs, ECC is aggressively pursuing further accreditation and connections with various U.S. and worldwide accrediting authorities to provide IABP members with a high-quality educational opportunity. ECC is planning on applying to several international accreditors (ASIC UK and ECBE) and applying for membership to US programmatic accreditors such as IACBE in the coming months.
Edgewood College of California has gained Membership status from the Accreditation Service for International Schools, Colleges and Universities (ASIC).
ASIC is recognised by UKVI in UK and is a full member of The International Network for Quality Assurance Agencies in Higher Education (INQAAHE), is a member of the BQF (British Quality Foundation) and is an institutional member of EDEN (European Distance and E-Learning Network).

Please keep track of our work on this page to learn about our next steps. We want to serve our students better, and want to be as transparent as possible.
ECC also has validation relationships with several other European and American universities. If you’re interested in dual degrees, please inquire about our other partner schools. This permits our students to earn two degrees simultaneously.
