Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

The Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) program is designed to equip students with a comprehensive understanding of business fundamentals, critical thinking skills, and the strategic mindset needed to excel in various industries. Throughout the program, students gain exposure to core business disciplines, including management, marketing, finance, accounting, and operations, along with an emphasis on ethical decision-making and leadership.

  3. Financial Accounting – Basics of financial accounting, including financial statements and transactions.
  4. Managerial Accounting – Internal financial processes for business decision-making.
  5. Business Finance – Core concepts in corporate finance, budgeting, and capital management.
  6. Business Law and Ethics – Legal principles and ethical issues in business environments.
  7. Organizational Behavior – Study of behavior within organizations and its impact on performance.
  8. Operations Management – Managing operations and processes for efficiency.
  9. Strategic Management – Strategic planning, competitive analysis, and long-term decision-making.

General Education Courses (8 Courses – 24 Units)

  1. English Writing  – Academic writing and communication essentials.
  2. Language  – Proficiency in a non-English language is presented for the student and their selected instructor. Students may choose from Chinese, Vietnamese, Arabic, Spanish, Korean, or German at their own descretion.
  3. Critical Thinking I – Introduction to logic, reasoning, and analytical problem-solving.
  4. Critical Thinking II – Advanced critical thinking applied to real-world issues.
  5. Introduction to Psychology – Foundational principles of psychology for understanding behavior.
  6. Introduction to Sociology – Basics of sociology, focusing on social behavior and structures.
  7. Art History – General course in art history, with options to focus on specific eras or regions at the descretion of the student.
  8. Humanities – Introduction to humanities, general topics are presented with emphasis in Chinese, Roman, Egyptian, and Early American history.

Open Electives (8 Courses – 24 Units)

Students may choose electives across various disciplines to further explore personal or professional interests and create a specialty for their program. Electives are in fields including:
